An Excerpt from Crossing Main by T J Therien

“What happens when community isn’t what it’s supposed to be? You get the world we have today. Black and white ideology, with blinders on we fail to see the colors because of the spectrum of grey. So wrapped up in our vanity, self-absorbed we let society erode, decay and fall into disarray. Moths feed off the fabric. We build walls, but not of straw, stick or brick, designed to keep the wolf at bay, but it’s only our humanity we keep away. What happens when community isn’t what it’s supposed to be? You get the world we have today.”
