The Greatest Fallacy

 

I hear it all the time,
One of the greatest fallacies ever told,
“Free Enterprise and Capitalism
Drive innovation and progress,”
This is a flat out lie,
We descended from treetops and emerged from caves,
We used fire and we made tools,
We invented the wheel,
All before the advent of Money,
Necessity is the true motivator,
And soon we are going to need to change our mentality,
If we are to hold on to what’s left of our Humanity.
